By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below.
I reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason. I am a freelance artist working towards my professional degree; please be respectful of my time and creative process.
PAYMENTS
At least 50% of the payment must be upfront through Vgen ONLY.
Payments will be used to support myself and my family, thank you for your support.
REVISIONS
Final prices may increase in the case of excessive changes, you will be notified before hand if you may in additional fee.
I offer 3 free revisions during the Thumbnailing stage, 2 during the Character painting stage, 2 during the background painting stage and 3 minor revisions during the Final corrections and adjust stage.
Additional revisions will incur a fee of $2 USD each.Once finished and before the final approval, only layer effect (saturation, hue, brightness, contrast, etc) changes would be allowed.
Once Approved, no more changes would be accepted.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround Time: The delivery time is set to 1 month as a maximum, however, once your comission is put on WIP, the delivery time is 7-14 days.
Rush Fees: If you need the artwork within a specific short deadline (Between 72 and 120h), a 50% Rush Fee will be applied to skip the queue.
Updates: You will receive updates during the process to ensure the commission is on the right track!
Format: Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG unless other formats are requested
USE
Commissions are for personal use unless commercial use is discussed beforehand and the corresponding fee is paid.
You may post the art, use it as a banner, PFP, etc. Crediting is not mandatory but greatly appreciated!
My signature will be included in a place that does not interfere with the composition.
Do NOT claim the art as your own, edit it, resell it, or use it for AI training or NFTs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain full rights over the artwork, including the right to use it in my portfolio or post it on social media.
If you would like your commission to remain private, please let me know when ordering.
Usage for Merch, branding, or games must be discussed first and will incur an additional fee.
REFUNDS
Full Refunds: Only available BEFORE I start the work
Partial Refunds: If canceled during the "Refining & Polishing" phase, in case of having paid the full price upfront, 50% of the payment will be refunded. In case of having paid more than 50% but less than the full price, a refund equal to any amount above 50% will be refunded.
No Refunds: Once the "Flat Color" phase has started, no refunds will be issued.
If I must cancel for personal reasons, you will be refunded in full.
COMMUNICATION & WELL-BEING
I will remain in contact with you via your preferred method (DM, Discord, email, instagram, etc.)I can communicate in either English, French or Spanish.
Please remain respectful. Rushed or aggressive behavior will result in immediate cancellation without a refund and blacklisting.
